I used their Kia Forte for a round-trip rental. It handles like a dream the whole way to where I was going and back. Their customer service was very prompt and accommodating. Will definitely use again soon.

I’ve never driven a Kia before, now that I have, I really like it, the Chevy’s are still my favorites but the Kia is now my second favorite 🤩, car drove great, no problems with it, and the host was wonderful! 🤩🥰😁

Cape Fear PG were great in rectifying the issue we had. Turo did not inform us that the car we booked a month prior to our trip had gotten totaled in an accident. PG notified us 1 hour before our rental time that we had to pick a different car. I was still charged the same price for a Jeep Cherokee to switch to a Kia forte. Turo did not offer a price difference or discount for the inconvenience. None of this was the fault of Cape Fear PG and I would rent from them outside of Turo. They got us in a vehicle quickly and we were able to get to our destination in time. It is 5 starts for Cape Fear PG and 1 for Turo. I still have not received any notification from Turo about the vehicle issue or an apology for the inconvenience.
