Host was difficult to get contact and did not pick up the phone and voice massage was full. Host did not show up on the scheduled pick up time. Called Turo customer support to help and still couldn’t contact the host. Waited in front of the gate more than 30 minutes. Almost ruined my daughter’s wedding plan. Although the car is nice and clean but will not rent from this host in the future.
