In the last day, I notified that the car I did choose had a damage. He managed to solve the problem by arranging another car. He was communicative and problem solver. Didn't get any problem with the car, it was nice to drive.

Just frustrating

You’re frustrated because you did not follow the rules and procedures for a flat tire incident. You were supposed to call Turo for roadside assistance whenever you have a flat. Instead you called an outside service company to assist you and you paid out of pocket. Not to mention that you caused this damage by running over something that completely destroyed the tire and damaged a second one. You’ve had 3 Turo trips and your rating is barely a 2. That says a lot.
No smoking allowed
