They tried to get me to replace a tire that was their own fault for a staple being in it and it blew out before I can get it back to him
We’re sorry you had a flat tire on your trip. The tire was in good shape with no staple in it when we checked it out to you. It is Turo’s practice that any problems that happen during a trip are the responsibility of the renter.

Friendly, great communication and super clean. Only issue I had was not being able to extend to e joy the rental longer 🫶🏼

The host were great and very responsive m, they let me extend the car last minute and worked with me. The car was very clean and presentable I would most definitely recommend!

Car runs great and is in great condition! I needed assistance during my trip and Lacy and Keith both stepped in promptly and effectively! They were even great hosts after the trip was over. I have rented from them more than once and will continue to do so if im ever in need of a vehicle! 5 stars!!!
