Absolutely phenomenal experience! The car was exactly as described and drove perfectly, but what truly earned this 5-star rating was the host's incredible flexibility. I needed to extend my trip not just once, but twice, and they accommodated my requests immediately with zero hassle. I am truly grateful for their understanding and top-tier communication. Everything was fine up until I went to open the trunk to put my kid backpack inside and when I tried closing it , It wouldn’t close at all which was A HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR ME!!! I couldn’t drive the vehicle safely to take care of none of my important business today , couldn’t make my kid surgery appointment today it was awful!!! I was only able to drive to my house by tying a cord and holding it down from inside the vehicle which was extremely dangerous!!!
