Great host, helpful and friendly. Car runs great, Bluetooth for music and got phone holder for easy gps using your phone. Not sure what the person with the shaking was talking about, car runs very smooth and good on gas.

The quality of the car was horrible inside and out. It had a crack on the windshield. It had cracks on the bumper and this is the one that tips it off. The car started shaking once you went 40 mph so I contacted Toro customer service representative told me his hands are tied. There’s nothing he can do for me ends the trip early left me with no vehicle and told me he’s gonna give me a refund mind you I did not ask for a refund. I asked for resolve possibly swapped the vehicles. It’s not fair for a customer to pay a certain amount for a vehicle which is promised to them to not receive a vehicle so in resolved, they get another vehicle which is worse than the first vehicle they were supposed to get so overall horrible experience with this would never be coming here again.
