Communication was quick and the owner was nice but I was disappointed with the condition of the car. I was not told that there was a nearly 2 ft long crack in the windshield and a service light on the dash. Turo cancelled my original car with less than 24 hours notice so I had to scramble to book this one last minute. The cost was astronomical for the age and condition of the car. The car was very clean but quite old. I’m not even sure it’s legal to drive a car with that size crack on the windshield. Turo customer support was terrible. I returned the car a day early and I still haven’t received my refund.

Montana law allows windshield cracks that don’t obstruct the driver’s view, so the car is fully compliant. The service light was only for an oil change, which had been completed that morning. Pricing, cancellations, and support are set by Turo, not hosts. We regret the situation left you with a negative impression. We’ll continue to keep the car clean, safe, and reliable for future guests.
