The car quality was great, the vehicle rode smooth but had some kind of interior rattle upon pickup. Vehicle wasn't very well maintained as far as roadworthy, tires hadn't been checked prior to my trip nor did the vehicle have an oil change done on it before as I could see it was over mileage according to the sticker posted in the window.

It was past due on the oil change for 43 miles when the vehicle was brought back to us. You are just upset you caught a nail and had to replace the tire. This is part of the TOS for renting a vehicle on Turo.
