The car was dirty upon pick up there were skiing trash left from the previous person and the floors were dirty with dirt upon packing up for our trip. I discovered a hornets nest between the trunk door and the seal had to remove it before we could drive. At certain points it seem like the vehicle didn’t want to start up. And seemed like it’s in desperate need of an oil change.

My husband checked on the car a few hours before you picked it up and didn’t see that. He would’ve also cleaned the car if he thought it was necessary. Hope you were still able to enjoy your trip!
