Great communication with the hosts! They quickly responded to all of our questions/concerns prior to and during our trip. They also provided very thorough instructions for how to find the car upon arrival and drop off the car when leaving. Appreciated their flexibility and understanding in accommodating our schedule (our flight arrived a little earlier than planned, so we were able to adjust our pickup time without issue).
The car was clean and well-kept, and is what you would expect from a Civic; it was a tough little workhorse that reliably transported us all over the Denver and Golden/Red Rocks area! She surely was the little engine that could! The AC worked well enough to keep the inside car temperature tolerable (works better on longer drives versus the stop-and-go of city driving).
As a 1st time Turo user, this was overall a relatively smooth and positive experience. A big thank you to the hosts, Serin
