We were not impressed with this vehicle/trip. To start, the car was at the back of the economy lot which was a long, hot walk. Then, we had to call and message multiple times and wait in the beating sun for a code to get into the lockbox to get into the car. The car makes a pretty loud noise when accelerating and the AC does not work well at all. Furthermore, we found it odd that there were multiple hosts in the message correspondence when it appeared there was only one host at booking.

The Economy Lot was absolutely packed that day and we were unable to get you a closer spot. You were given instructions on how to take the shuttle for free. Also, while you did have to wait 5 minutes for the code - you did not follow directions and upload a selfie for us, as required by Turo. Therefore we couldn't give you access.
Not sure what loud noise you are referring to - you didn't communicate anything with us about the car. All cars will have issues with AC when the temp is above 100.
The host was super accommodating and very friendly and helped answer all of my questions as this was my first Turo trip.

The host is super hospitable! Insanely nice and outrageously helpful! My flight got delayed by 45 minutes so I didn’t land at the airport until 12AM and Serin stayed up to give me information! She even helped me find the car because I had no idea where I was. Super clean car. The amenities were a huge save! I rented a tent, a sleeping bag, and they even gave me a trial of a sleeping pad (which was CRAZY comfortable by the way). Thank you guys so much! I will definitely use this car again or anything you have to offer when I come back! AND I WILL COME BACK! You guys are amazing. Thank you for being so helpful and so kind. I really appreciate it. You went above and beyond and were very communicative the whole time!
