Host was kind and fairly communicative.
Car was bad. It smelled awful. It was clearly smoked in, wasn’t clean inside or outside, ash tray remnants were sprinkled on the drivers seat and floor. We informed host about the overbearing smoke smell, and didn’t hear from her for two days.
Disappointed that there wasn’t a solution offered to correct the smelly situation, especially at the $650 price tag for 3 days.
2 additional free days were offered, but that doesn’t help as we left town.
I’ve heard great things about turo, but this was an unfortunate debut experience that will send me back to the rental car center.
