Host was the worst host experience I ever had with Turo. He or she was never available via any contact method. I tried to return the car early the host purposely ignored me to rob me of the refund I was entitled to even though I told them I was trying to rent another car for my kids birthday. The host refused to approve the modification for the trip was not responding via any contact method. Mr and my daughter ended up stranded in a area we don’t know we are of color. This is a very predominantly white neighborhood. We were stuck stranded. One of the residents had to drop us off to the entrance because the host lied and told the people at the security desk that we did not drop off the car very fought fraudulent barely spoke any English very very hard to get in contact with and just completely unprofessional when I try to inform him of everything that was going on all he was concerned about was his key so I wouldn’t be surprised if he makes up all all kinds of lies very very fraudulent very unprofessional. Do not rent with this host.
