I have used Turo for a long time and always had great experiences. The car itself was very clean, drove smoothly, and was well-maintained. My only advice to future renters is to practice strict record-keeping with this vehicle. Be sure to save all physical gas station, car wash, and parking receipts, and take clear photos of the dashboard odometer at pickup and drop-off. Keeping a precise timeline of your exact routes is highly helpful for verifying post-trip vehicle documentation and mileage logs at checkout. Aside from the extra tracking steps, the vehicle itself was a reliable choice for driving around Miami.
