Everything was fine accept I couldn't get in to the parking lot at first nor did I get help.

I don’t believe the guest being lost at the airport is our responsibility. When I called the guest back within ten minutes they said they were fine and got into the parking lot. I reviewed the location they were when calling for help and they were in the wrong area and not close to the parking lot. I’m sorry you were lost but navigation to the correct parking location is not our responsibility. Thank you
