The car had issues, the host wasn’t responsive and he was late 30 minutes for the pick up so we had to wait for him with a lot of baggage on the street!

As for the issue of the vehicle , we strive to get the best experience for customer as your trip is 3 months and we don’t know what issue the vehicle gave you through out your trip . If you can be specific about what’s wrong it will help the next customer as we can fix that immediately.
