The host was very nice And professional. Easy to work with but the car broke down. I came out grocery store and then had to Lyft home. It was such an inconvenience on my behalf.

If you left the lights on and drained the battery, what did you expect the car to do? I offered to come give you a jumpstart, but you declined. After recovering the vehicle, I had the battery tested—it was healthy and functioning properly. The car has been running fine since. I also did not charge you $65 for the empty gas tank you left. I’m not sure what more I could have done. Please do not rent from me again.
Everything from pick up to drop off was excellent. Directions for both were clear and easy. I am a Honda girl so driving this car around came naturally to me. I also love how fuel efficient it is. I traveled solo during my trip so this car was perfect for myself and my belongings. Will definitely consider if I visit in the future!
