The worst nightmare in history. The host was great, but Turo is a joke. The app never works right. The chat is not a chat, it just sends you back to the website. Took me 1.5 hours to get my car because app didn't work. Returning car was just as bad. Took an hour to check out. Then I got aesssge later that I didn't check out. I will never use Turo again.

Car was clean and check-in was easy. Car had no issues other than the windshield wipers needing replaced. I really enjoyed the hybrid, I got stellar gas mileage.
