Car smelled like complete cigarettes or pot immediately. Sean the driver couldn’t take ownership, instead blames the driver before. However it should have been kept appropriately from day one especially for charging that much money for the rental. I feel disrespected and the smell gave me a headache. Unprofessional driver on the phone while checking out with me and frustrated with facial expressions when I ask how to check out! Thanks for the lovely experience, I won’t be back!
You only upset you spent all that money on a 4th of July rental and you’re trying to get a discount or reimbursement. You kept complaining the whole time you had the vehicle and made smart remarks. I was on an important business call and when it was time for you to check out I helped you cause you didn’t even know how too. There was no facial expressions I wasn’t even trying to interact with you cause you were nasty with me entire trip. I told you I don’t smoke so it was from the previous guest.

The host and the quality of the car was excellent! The host was accommodating and very detailed. The quality of the car was top notch. Very clean and drove amazingly. Would definitely rent from Sean again!

The host arrived with the car an hour after I booked the reservation and the exterior of the car was dirty. I was disappointed in my ride experience because the host’s tardiness caused me to be late for a paid gig.
The interior of the car was clean and the car rode smoothly.
You booked last minute one hour prior to picking up car and I warned you immediately that I would be late. Also car just came back and it snowed so the exterior was dirty also warned you about. Not once did you mention you were in a rush or the cars dirty exterior would be an issue because I told you I would cancel if needed so he can get another car but he declined and said it was cool. Sorry you had a bad experience
