The host never showed it took a week to get our money back with multiple emails and Communications with the app and customer service. Even after they were unable to contact him they wouldn't give us a refund worst experience ever

Car definitely had a few flaws on the outside, but was clean inside and ran good. Picture is misleading Communication with host could have been better. Several times questions were unanswered.

We got pulled over by a state trooper for window tint and no front plate. There was no proof of insurance in the car as well. Messaged the host with zero communication. If your vehicle is on a rental service make sure it is legal.
Hi Chandler, we are by all means legal. Our insurance and registration are on the back tool box. And according to Turo’s regulations, renters need to keep a copy of “protection sheet” and “Car sharing agreement” at least a digital copy. Given the lack of cell phone coverage in some areas, a paper copy is suggested. We have responded to the police warning you received and put on the front license plate and scheduled removal of the tint by the end of the season. Thankyou for the feedback.
