Renaldo was super flexible in my pickup and drop off. My flight to SLC had been cancelled and I was a day later than expected. My return flight was also cancelled, so I contacted Renaldo to lengthen my trip a couple of days. He made the process smooth at pickup and drop off.
The car was a very nice drive and super clean. There was a bit of musty smell and the volume on the stereo doesn’t work properly, but I had read that in previous comments so it was expected. Once I got the volume correct, I hooked my phone up to Apple Play and cruised my entire trip without incident.

The car has a musty smell when it is first started, the pick up and drop off communication was stressful coordinating with flights, but also have never done in person exchange, always done lock box. Previous Turos I had pickup plan the day before. the car handled great and everything else was good.
