Excellent, near brand new car. My communication with the owner was instantaneous. Frantz was super friendly and helpful. Definitely would rent again.

The vehicle itself was excellent, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of this rental. I have rented through Turo and traditional airport rental companies many times, so I am very familiar with how airport pickups are supposed to work. This was, without question, the worst pickup experience I have ever had.
Airport deliveries typically include detailed pickup instructions with multiple photos showing the exact parking garage, level, row, and surrounding landmarks. None of that was provided. The only information I received was the parking ticket, which listed two parking garages without indicating where the vehicle was actually parked. Despite repeatedly asking for clarification, the host insisted the car was in a garage where it was not located. He later claimed he had already sent photos of the vehicle's location, but I never received any such photos and have no record of them.
Because of the lack of clear instructions and poor communication, I spent nearly two hours walking and driving between parking garages searching for the vehicle. Several airport employees tried to help and even commented that the host appeared not to know where the vehicle had been parked based on the directions I was receiving. I was ultimately able to find the car only because I am very familiar with Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and trusted my own knowledge over the directions I was being given. Unfortunately, the unnecessary delay caused me to miss scheduled appointments.
To make matters worse, the vehicle was not provided with a full tank of gas, which is another first in all of my Turo rentals.
The vehicle was clean and drove well, but a good car does not excuse poor preparation, inadequate communication, or an unnecessarily stressful pickup experience. Reliability and communication are just as important as the vehicle itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting from this host.

The car was nice however Frantz kinda ruined my last 2 days hounding me about oil pressure. Asked me to buy oil so I did the oil wasn't low. Frantz said he'd reimburse me for the oil now I can't even get him to reply.out $20 and 2 days rental.

Wow! what a review! but thank you! after we spoke about you saying you ran tolls in vehicle! and that's something the host covers not Turo! and I also used my own roadside assistance when you said you ran out of gas! so I end up cancelling because you said Turo was going to take care of it after hours of asking! so I did my best of my abilities as a host to accommodate you! I simply asked for oil for my vehicle because I keep track of my cars on my app! it was nothing against you. Thank you!
