Car was dirty and a lot of things in the car were broken just didn’t seem like a rental car at all.
We disagree with these claims.The vehicle was cleaned & inspected before pickup, & no concerns were reported at check-in. We also immediately offered a replacement vehicle to accommodate the guest, but she later declined.Guests are not authorized to remove or tamper with vehicle parts, including the gear shift trim. Despite the complaints, the vehicle continued being used for several hours afterward.
