I was disappointed to receive a charge of nearly $60 for refueling after returning the vehicle. I acknowledge that I returned it with approximately half a tank, and I understand being responsible for the fuel difference. My concern is the amount charged and the lack of clear communication about how that amount would be calculated.
I did not see a clearly disclosed refueling fee when booking, and I would have appreciated an explanation and an itemized breakdown before my card was charged. Nearly $60 felt excessive for the amount of fuel needed.
Customers should be able to understand potential charges upfront. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the transparency of the billing process.

Processing these issues also creates unnecessary disruption and staff time that could be avoided by returning the vehicle as agreed.
Easirent , was easy to get to. The host and his co-host were easy to reach. I wanted to return the car early and they were very communicative! The car ran well and would rent again with no problem.
