Pickup was smooth and dropoff was too! The host was very communicative and responsive and helped the whole process feel less stressful. It was so nice having the car at the airport instead of taking a shuttle to a rental place. Had to pay to get out of garage but it was only $8 which is much cheaper than I’ve paid before!! Car was perfect for my husband and I driving my grandmother around. Would definitely book again if available!

Cancelled because the guest had 3 back to back reviews where the host mention that he smoked in their car. I made this decision and took the cancellation review to preserve the quality of the rental for future guests. It Baffles me how Turo allows guest to violate this policy and continues to rent them more cars.
