I had a disappointing experience. The pickup was scheduled in advance, but they arrived about 20 minutes late and were unresponsive for over an hour leading up to the pickup time, which made coordination stressful.
Unfortunately, the car itself also had several issues — there was no booster seat as expected, it smelled like cigarettes, the coolant level was low, and there was no windshield wiper fluid. Overall, it didn’t feel well-prepared or properly maintained.
