Due to maintenance, no preparation it’s was not a good experience
We work overtime to make sure our cars are ready for departure, unfortunately the reality is that with a large fleet it is possible that during a given trip a car could have an unforeseen issue arise. We did offer you a Max discount for the inconvenience, we wish you would have said something about you not accepting that discount and we would have looked for another remedy.
