It was perfect. Reliable as always. We regularly rent Ivan’s. cars even when other available cars are closer or cheaper.

Easy and car was ready. It would be nice to have a full charge when picking up - adds time to charge mid trip. Otherwise great.

The car itself was well maintained and clean. It did have some electrical issues in the car and I wasn’t able to charge my phone but aside from that, the car was good. The host is very nice and friendly. I was late and let him know about my situation and he was very understanding about it and it goes a long way. I would definitely rent with Ivan again.

I had a good experience driving the Tesla, but the only issue I had ran into with the host is communication. Instead of communicating with a human you’re communicating with AI and the messages are late. When I got to the car I had a hard time opening the car it was a delay in the trip. The doors said they would be unlocked but actually they are lock and you have to message the host to open the door.
