I thought Jared was great. he was perfect when it comes to communication….but The car feels like it’s on its last legs. I genuinely didn’t feel as safe as I should renting a car. The vehicle ran so tough it was clunky and it was difficult to even get started.
The car runs good, the starting isn’t an issue, you have to press the brake all the way to the floor for the car to start, kinda odd but it’s a Volkswagen thing, we explain that in the instructions, I suspect the guest wasn’t doing that which is why he perceived there to be an issue and was frustrated

Host was great. Location and pick up were great. But the car itself needs work on it. When I got to 60-65mph it started to shake. Must have bent rims or needs balancing.

Jared was an amazing host! I didn’t see the message he sent until about 1:30 pm and he was nice enough to extend my trip so that I could wash the car and do what I needed to. Highly recommend them for all your travel needs!
