Dustin is a super nice host. Easy to communicate with and very responsive. The car was also super nice and clean, but the condition and tire tread (fronts were nearly bald) was an issue. Fortunately, Dustin was able to swap out the vehicle for me and got everything taken care of, but it all added extra time and stress I didn't want to deal with in the trip. Dustin handled it like a pro.
