Refueling gouge left a putrid taste. Too bad--Car was very clean interior and ok exterior. Unfortunately, car was in economy lot, which requires waiting for a bus (did not see that coming for $100/day). Otherwise, communication was good until refueling ripoff. At my pickup, fuel gauge looked a bit below the top, but top was unclear for this vehicle, so I gave benefit of the doubt. On return, I filled car at the station owner recommended until pump cut-off. I then got a bill for $31, which included a $10 service charge. When I protested, owner said that the 112 miles should have been about 3.6 gallons, which he was able to top up, sending me a picture of fuel gauge way higher than I received car. He apparently thought I hadn't put in any gas. But I had put in and shared receipt for over 2.5 gallons, 1 less than he said would be used. I also shared picture of fuel gague when I received car much lower than picture he sent after he topped it off. I'm not trying to screw the guy, so I offered $12 (2 gallons) to compromise--and please don't charge me a $10 convenience fee (which is the owner's OPTION), after you left delivered me an unfull car. He says "let's let Turo decide," seeking to keep his windfall. Turo's "review" process was a joke, just stuck me with the $31 bill despite my filling 2.6 of 3.6 gallons the owner said I used, and my picture of unfull tank I received. That's no way to treat a customer.

Khemia and Dustin could not have been more communicative, prompt and friendly. It’s an *excellent* car to drive - responsive, handles well and smooth. A pleasure on the road. I had a great time and they’re amazing hosts. Excellent experience, one of my best Turo trips.
