The host was very kind and tried desperately to help me. Pick up did not go very smoothly, a large part due to my lack of understanding of how Turo works. I had a hard time finding the car. Drop off was a piece of cake. The car had extensive hail damage everywhere… especially hood, trunk, top… when I picked it up. It was very clean inside. Again… The host tried very hard to help me at all times.
