Car’s in good condition. Was clean. Communication with the host was smooth. Friendly interactions. All the instructions were clear. Would recommend!

Communication was lacking. Limited instructions on how to get to the economy lot to pick up the car, and as of 1 hour before return no instructions had been provided. There was an issue getting out of the economy lot and I had to pay $40 on my personal credit card. Additionally the $20 parking fee seems excessive relative to other airport pickups

Trip was good. Only issue was stuck paying a parking fee from the airport, expected a meet up exchange in the arrival. All in all enjoyed the turo
