Everything looked good at first

Car was great! Ran smooth. Withstood the Detroit snow and slush. My only issue was I requested the car be dropped off at another location and it was parked at the airport. Was not a big issue and maybe it was a Turo miscommunication. I would rent again.

Awesome customer service! Presented an issue and he apologized and fixed the transaction error. On point delivery time as expected due to tight travel schedule. Clean car inside and out. Airport parking location was easy to find once I figured out the type of car I rented (lol). I appreciated his care and concern! Thanks again for your service!
