IMPORTANT CHARGING INFORMATION When using the car please only charge up to 90% capacity. When using the car do not let it go below 15% charge, Any lower may damage the battery. All Tesla super charging fees accrued will be invoiced at the end of the trip. ** Charging at a Super Charger Location – Super Fast (30-35 minutes max) – Super Cheap and amounts charged will be assessed at end of rental ** Charging from the home cable (must be plugged directly into wall not outlet) – Slow Charging but Free – Could take up to 12 hours to reach good charge range ** Charge at any local level 2 charging station (Needs connection insert – inside front trunk) – slow charging Supercharge stations can be found within the car's GPS (See big red Spots on GPS) You can have the vehicle navigate to the location. Please don't let car battery go below 20% charge as it will damage battery life, there is plenty of charging stations to charge it anytime. If the car battery dies and car needs to be towed to a charger there will be a $150 fee assessed. If the car battery goes below 5% charge a $50 fee will be charged. If the car is returned with a charge of below 30 miles a $20 fee Car should be returned with the same or higher charge when given, $50 charge fee will be added otherwise ($100 if returned with less than 30 miles charge). Please NO smoking, every customer deserves a great rental experience, any smell or evidence of smoking in the car will have a $250 deep cleaning fee (no air fresheners either)
