One good thing about the car is the gas efficiency. Doesn’t take much to fill it and goes a long way.
Other things I felt I needed to mention….
I received a respond to my message from host 40 min before booking, advising the car is missing 2 hubcaps and there was a good size dent in door. My question to that comment - “is the car at least clean?” I received a prompt response confirming the car was clean. This is the most important thing to me when I rent a car, I like it to be clean. When I got to pick the car up, it was extremely dirty: dirt and rocks in all floor boards, empty sprite bottle in the back floor board. None of the windows had been cleaned on the inside at all. Just not what I would expect when the host confirmed it to be clean.
It was late and i was exhausted. So, I messaged the host advising of this and also mentioning the headlights are not positioned to shine straight ahead; the driver side shined straight down and passenger straight up. Had some problems seeing at night for sure.
The other things to mention is that the features of car included Apple CarPlay and back up camera…the outlet to plug cord into to access CarPlay wouldn’t work so no CarPlay, then the back up camera also is broke and unable to use this.
The car had some good reviews so I’m not entirely sure what happened prior to me renting the car, but I would not rent this again in the future.
I also took the car back with only a half of a tank of gas, should have been full. I do feel bad for this but became very ill the day of return and totally forgot. Hopefully, that will be over looked since I don’t feel like I got the short end of the stick regardless.

Miranda, thank you for the feedback. We regret that the car did not meet your expectations. There is no issue we have found with the headlights. This car is a Mitsubishi Mirage which does have weaker headlights than most vehicles. CarPlay is functioning on this vehicle, but it is aftermarket, and the guest never asked us any questions about that. We will not charge for the missing gas in hopes of making up for this and hope you will consider other options in our fleet.
The BEST host the car was great and look forward to booking with him again if ever need.
