Overall have to give this one a disappointing rating. There was an issue at pickup where I had difficulty reaching the host and was waiting about 20 min for someone to unlock the car despite advising my updated arrival time in advance following a flight delay (was 6pm so not late at night or anything). The car was not very clean inside and I had to clean the inside of the windshield myself so I could see when the sun was low. Someone had spilled something on the passenger door that was caked on the speaker grill. The car was a good drive, but one of the tires had a slow leak and I had to add air during my rental. There was also a loud rattling noise from the convertible top when hitting even smaller bumps and I suspect some adjustment or maintenance is needed. I’ve owned hardtop convertibles before and never heard anything like it, and I sure didn’t expect it from such an expensive vehicle. That said, I was renting to make a buying decision for a new Corvette, and the rental was still helpful and highlighted things I should look at after discounting the issues with this specific car. Maybe time to retire this one from the fleet.

The vehicle was inspected and prepared before pickup, and I made every effort to accommodate your updated arrival time after del. The tire issue was not known to me and was never reported during the trip, which would have given me an opportunity to address it. I take maintenance and cleanliness seriously and welcome legitimate feedback.
