The delivery was a half hour late. The car was clean but it had a slight smoker smell to it. The host was very responsive but I even notified them I was arriving early, and they still were late for delivery.

Thank you for your review Dana, on the day of your trip you contacted us 45 min prior to your trip start time stating that your flight is now scheduled to arrive early and expected us to release the vehicle early to you as well. Unfortunately we did have 3 other deliveries prior to your trip so we messaged you our ETA, all traffic updates and let you know that we’re on our way. Unfortunately due to high traffic and an accident that happened right in front of us we were 10 min late
The car was in good condition and worked great for the trip. The host was responsive and provided clear directions
