The ignition didn’t turn right over, car had a water smell and battery died on us

Thank you for the review. I also want to mention that I gave immediate attention once you notified me that the car battery died. A road side assistance through Turo was offered and you decided to go through your personal AAA services. I also offered to have the car towed back to me while I work with Turo support to provide you with an other vehicle free of charge. You still chose to keep the car with the bad battery for the rest of the trip. The battery is now replaced.
Car was solid. A little bit of an issue with pickup and car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with air freshener
