Pick up and drop off was easy and great. The car had a few minor issues. There was a smell of smoke on the interior and the back right door would not open from the inside and the window had issues rolling back up. Otherwise, great.

Great location for pickup and nice host. Keys were locked in car from previous driver, so I wasn’t able to leave pickup location for 2 hours.

The overall experience was disappointing.
First, I did not receive any instructions about retrieving the car until I reached out to the host myself. The host then arrived about 30 minutes late with the vehicle.
The car was also not in good condition. It had a strong unpleasant odor, there were stains on the seats, and the trunk was full of trash. Based on the cleanliness, condition of the car, and the delayed pickup, I was not satisfied with the experience.
