Car was dirty, the tank wasn’t full and when I arrived the car wasn’t at the airport they made me wait 2 hours in the airport with no answer while I was texting them, till 2 hours later when they arrived with the car. They also did not compensate for the lateness.

Easy drop off and pick up.
I didn't realize the car was that low to the ground. It made getting in and out a bit challenging. Other wise it was fine.
