Car has Motor Problems that were NOT listed in description. The car battery literally drains in 20miles if you drive anywhere between 30-40mph. Reached out to the host and his solution was do not drive on the interstate (which was nearly impossible). The car died on us while we were driving 30mph with our hazards. Reached out again and host said” Turo takes care of its customers so I don’t have to”. Crazy that he knew about the cares problems and would blatantly ignore them to rent out the car. Would not recommend going through a host that couldn’t care less about being helpful.

Initial pick up was late and I could not get a hold of the host until after I left pick up location. The vehicle was given to me with a flat tire which I had to replace. Other than that the vehicle worked perfectly fine and the host was friendly.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Recharge the vehicle
Missing battery charge may result in an additional fee
