This was the worst Turo experience I’ve ever had.
We got a notification that our car got AirTagged at 3 in the morning and tracked us for our trip. Terrifying, by the way, when you are two women traveling alone in a different state. We contacted the host and they admitted to having an AirTag in the car, which is banned by Turo. Will never book again and have reported the host.

Car was terrific. With its high mpg, the vehicle only took about 30 dollars for less than 300 miles. Good host.

There is no communication when u have to ask where to park. GPS takes u and no one to guide you. Luckily we found some similar customers and we figured it out ! Wasted more than an hour to do so 😭

This rental required significantly more support than a typical Turo trip. I spent considerable time assisting with both the pickup and return processes, including walking through the app, check-in procedures, and vehicle location instructions step-by-step. Guests who are comfortable with Turo's self-service model and mobile app will likely have a smoother experience.
