There is no communication when u have to ask where to park. GPS takes u and no one to guide you. Luckily we found some similar customers and we figured it out ! Wasted more than an hour to do so 😭
This rental required significantly more support than a typical Turo trip. I spent considerable time assisting with both the pickup and return processes, including walking through the app, check-in procedures, and vehicle location instructions step-by-step. Guests who are comfortable with Turo's self-service model and mobile app will likely have a smoother experience.

Great and amazing person and car host. THUMBS UPSS. Ashley was a great and wonderful car hostess too me and provided great and persistent care and help. And was able to work with me when problems on my end arose. Car was a good solid car had no issue what's so ever. I would give Ashley 10000/10 she was great. Please refer to her if you are in the local area and looking for a good and affordable rental that will provide great service.
