Guidelines
The car will always be clean and have a full tank at pickup. Please return it in the same condition to avoid extra fees. When renting if there are any issues (accident, impounded, stolen, etc.) Contact ASAP! The car has a phone mount, if you wish to remove it place it in the glove box or armrest. Please take care of the seats and place heavy items or items with pointy edges in the trunk. If for any reason you need roadside service the Turo services info is located in the glove box.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. There will be a $250 fee applied per Turo policy. This also includes Excessive odor removal from trying to cover up the smell of smoke.

The Jax membership allows for the car to be washed up to 3 times a day.

He was about 20 minutes late dropping the car off to me, not friendly at all and then charged me $250 because he said the car "smelled of cigarette smoke". I do NOT smoke cigarettes and I was the only person in the vehicle for the whole trip.
