The host was very communicative and apologetic when we reached out about an issue we experienced with the vehicle. Unfortunately, we were traveling out of state, so there wasn’t much they could do to resolve the problem while we were away, but they assured us that they would have the vehicle looked at by a mechanic as soon as it was returned, offered some potential solutions and to make things right. Based on that, I would absolutely rent from them again. You can clearly see that they take rentals seriously and care about their renters. We have rented from them previously and had a fantastic experience.

Thank you forthe feedback. And thank you for your understanding! Our mechanic found that there was a clog in the hvac drain. He fixed it this morning and its good to go!
