Terrible experience. There's over 5 vehicles same make and model all parked on the same street which led to me taking the incorrect vehicle. I got to my destination 4.5 hours away from where the vehicle was picked up and was told to return the vehicle and take the correct vehicle. Ultimately I arrived with the vehicle from the pick spot and the car I was supposed to take was not there. I contacted Turo and was to keep the vehicle I was in. The next day I was contacted by the host that she was told for me return and swap after I had already came back with the car the day before, I drove another 4.5 hours to bring the car back to swap and get in the correct car and I get in the car and there is a low tire pressure warning and the host said to bring the car back and there was no alternate vehicle in the pouring rain I had to accommodate an Uber to get back home and unable to make a work trip. The communication and miscommunication was terrible.

Funny, how this turned all on me when She made the mistake and TOOK the wrong car. If she followed instructions and actually read the license plate like the rest of my guest , she would have never had a problem to begin with . Turo wouldn’t swap her in to the car because she was giving them a hard time . Then it was on her time when she wanted to bring the car back and we was just suppose to sit on the front porch and wait for her allll day like we don’t have a life. Worst communication ever .
The car drives amazing I would definitely rent with this host again!
