Super easy and cheaper than any other car rental place. Some damage on car and windshield but still worth it. Also the explanation mark was on the dash for the tires but none seemed low, it would go on and off. I highly recommend Turo!

Owner advised that windshield was cracked only a few hours before we picked up car. I felt it may be unsafe to drive.
I would have liked better communication with owner. I had to wait until just a couple of hours before getting instructions for pickup and return.

It is turos policy to release pickup instructions 1 hour before arrival, not earlier, no later,
I did my best to answer all questions, and gave return instructions 4 hours prior to return.
Im sorry we did not meet your expectations.
Car windshield had lot of cracks, the car dashboard came up with Maintenance sign

Thanks for the review! We have the windshield scheduled for replacement after it got chipped on a rental, and then turned to a crack. It appears the “maintaince light” was due to oil change tech not resetting maintenance indicator after service.

Our host, Caleb, was exceptional with his communication and timely response to questions. We absolutely loved driving his Toyota Corolla, the perfect, economical vehicle for summertime in Alaska. The car was clean and mechanically solid. We also appreciated the airport pickup and drop off, making access quick and easy.
