Communication at pickup was not smooth. Had to reach out after landing to get location of car and code. Even on the phone directions were not clear. Not the end of the world, but after leaving my house at dawn to travel for 18 hours to get to Anchorage, had hoped/expected that the information would be waiting for me.
I am sorry for the inconvenience here. I had
tried to submit on the Turo app multiple
times earlier in the day and the turo App
was failing me and would not let me upload
anything for whatever reason. I'm glad I was able to answer your first phone call and get you to the car while
on the line within 10 minutes of the scheduled trip start time.

WOW, we couldn't have imagined a better experience. Definitely will be reaching out to Brandon again if we return to Alaska. His car was clean, safe, exactly as described and Brandon's communication was excellent - friendly, clear, quick to respond. Brandon was very flexible and went out of his way to make our trip wonderful. As an added bonus, we also had the benefit of borrowing bear spray and a toddler life vest for free from him, so we didn't have to rent or buy one for some of our activities during the trip. Wish we could rent from Brandon everywhere!
