Flawless pickup and drop off. Tim is quick to communicate/respond. A very reliable car.

Amazing time using Tim’s car. Smooth pick up and drop off. Car was good

The car was great, very good mileage, and very clean and comfortable.

The car was so loud inside from the tire noise that it was hard to have a normal conversation. We were informed that the windshield was cracked less than 24 hours before picking up the car (it’s a stress crack across the middle, not from a rock chip). There are dents and scratches on all sides of the car, including the roof. Mechanically, the car was perfect, the inside was very clean, and Tim organized the drop off and pick up seamlessly. The car was less expensive than other options (still almost $100/day) however the description was not accurate of the actual condition.. The owner has other cars that might be in better condition ? however we’ve not rented them.

I’ll start by saying that the car worked well, and there were no issues with receiving the car.

My major issue with the trip was that the car was delivered with a large crack in the windshield. Tim did not inform me ahead of time about it, and he only let me know once the car was already delivered after I had already landed in Alaska. He did not provide any options for me to secure another car, and he was unwilling to discuss any matters of even a partial refund despite providing an unsafe car without prior communication of the change in status. He even argued that he did me a favor by providing delivery when I was charged a fee for delivery.
