Easy pickup and responsive host. Car has been around the block a bit (taped bumper, one broken AC port) but ran fine

5 stars because the car got us from point A to point B without any issues. The pick up and drop off instructions were very clear and easy to carry out. The inside of the car was very clean. The exterior could use some TLC, but it didn't hinder our trip. The front passenger side bumper is being held up with tape, and there are minor dents and scratches throughout the exterior.
