Kind and responsive. Would certainly recommend.

Lack of communication at the beginning of trip and car dirty with smell of cigarettes. Communication at end better but overall experience poor.
First time using Turo. The car itself ran well with no issues.

My apologies again Ms. Rosemary! We had a quick turnaround and was unable to rid the smoke from a previous rental. I do hope they issue your credit soon and I hope you received your discount towards another rental.
Super nice host! She dropped off to me directly and made drop off a breeze. She also took my last minute reservation, and gave us a clean car with a full tank of gas. Will use again!
