An excellent experience from start to finish! I experienced some unexpected technical difficulties with my phone during check-in, and the host went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was incredibly communicative, patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the process, even making arrangements to meet me at the vehicle to ensure everything went smoothly. His responsiveness and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.
The vehicle itself was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. I truly appreciated the host’s professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to providing an outstanding experience. A premier host in every sense! I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to others. Five stars all around!

Overall, this was a great vehicle. It was reliable, fuel-efficient, and excellent on gas mileage, which made it a great choice for my trip. I did experience a few issues during my rental, which I communicated directly to the host. I hope those concerns are addressed before the next booking, as they would make the experience even better. Other than that, I had a positive experience and appreciate the opportunity to rent the vehicle.
